Our answer:
We protect our customers. It's taken us a lot of negotiation but we
can now extend our machine damage and machine theft insurance to you
- the customer. It's all included in the price. Most hire companies
have insurance limited to damage - if anything is stolen - you're up
for the whole lot.

tools do you provide free of charge?
Our answer:
At Dingo Depot we provide solutions, not just equipment. Our
value packs include all the attachments,
hand tools and safety ear protection to get
the job done - plus the practical advice and 'know-how' so that you
can do it yourself.
- Do
you show me how to use the Dingo and the attachments?
Our answer:
Customer support is everything to us. Most hire companies show you where
to put the key in the machine, and then tell you about
using the attachments. Even if they are great people and know what they
are talking about, they have to do this because the Dingo is on a trailer
when you get it. At Dingo Depot, we deliver the machine to you! We do
this so that our people (who are Dingo contractors) can demonstrate
how to use the machine with the attachments and then
coach you whilst you get started on
your own job!
- What
support do you give me on the job?
Our answer:
Heaps!!! When we drop off the Dingo, our people will look at the location,
discuss any issues to do with the terrain, the right sequencing of the
jobs you need to do and advice on how to tackle them. Plus you can talk
to them throughout the day by phone - in fact, they'll be calling you
to see how you are going!
